乙烯调控植物耐盐性的研究进展

摘 要:

乙烯是重要的植物激素之一, 不仅调节植物生长发育, 而且在植物逆境胁迫应答中发挥重要作用。盐胁迫可以诱导乙烯合成, 乙烯从合成到信号转导各个组份都参与盐胁迫应答, 本文概述了各个组份在盐胁迫应答中的功能以及本实验室鉴定的乙烯相关调节因子调控植物耐盐性的研究进展, 为今后的研究工作提供一定的参考。

Abstract:

Ethylene is one of the important phytohormones, which plays a major role not only in plant growth and development, but also in stress responses. Salt stress can induce ethylene synthesis, and ethylene synthesis and signaling components have been reported to take part in salinity response. In this review, we summarized the function of ethylene synthesis and signaling components in response to salinity, and the research progresses of ethylene related regulators involved in the salt tolerance in our lab, so as to provide information for further research in this field.
